It’s a directory of the Bailiwick of Guernsey Alphabetical and
Classified listings.

2. Can I remove my listing before the next data update?
Yes, you will need to request ex directory status to remove your
entry from the published directory, directory enquiries and the
Guernsey Online Directory. Please contact Information Services to
request this option, email directory@surecw.com.

4. How are the classified listings sorted?
Listings are sorted alphabetically within the
category.

5. I have an advert in the published book, why am I not listed
in the category?
This is an online directory based on text entries as appearing
in the published directory. Display advertisers will only appear if
they have text entries within that category.

6. How can I amend my entry in the Guernsey Online
Directory?
By filling out the Directory Entry Amendment
form and either posting it back to us or dropping it into
one of our retail stores.

7. Why can't I search on a number?
The compliance of the Guernsey Online Directory with the Data
Protection Law and associated Privacy Regulations is crucially
dependent on the scope of any search facilities that are included
within it.
Regulations permit searching on the basis of name, for example,
but not a number despite the existence of the numerical section of
the printed directory.

Yes, you need to enable session cookies in your browser before
you can search the directory.

When using the site try not to use your back button. You should
also make sure that session cookies are enabled in your

If you are searching for a company name which includes "and" in
the title, try using "&" or ignoring "and" completely.

12. How do I search for a company whose name begins with
a number?
If you are searching for a company name that begins with a
number, try spelling the number eg '2' try 'two'.
