The cover of the 2008 Directory is a radical departure from previous designs to reflect the change from Cable & Wireless Guernsey to our innovative and exciting new Sure brand which was launched in 2007. The new brand values are:

  • Relevant  - Sure provides products and services that our customers want and we talk to customers about what they need.
  • Clear - When we talk to our customers we are straightforward and friendly. This means we can help provide more effectively and create a memorable experience for all.
  • Agile - Sure isn't a static brand. We move and respond to our customers' needs to keep our offer fresh and appealing. Sure is a pleasant surprise.  
  • Driven - We know that our customers demand excellent service from their network provider and we constantly strive to make sure we deliver.   

Our vision for Sure is to develop a new generation of services, backed by continuing investment, which will bring our customers more value and innovation than ever before.
