SURE
Broadband promotion with free Wireless router and reduced monthly
charge
The Sure Broadband promotion with free Wireless router and
reduced monthly charge for Sure Broadband Up to 4Mb and Sure
Broadband Pro Up to 8Mb services will be available from 1 May,
2010 to 31 July, 2010.
These Sure Broadband Promotion Specific Terms and
Conditions should be read in conjunction with the C&W Guernsey
General Terms and Conditions and Sure Broadband and Sure Broadband
Pro Service Specific Terms and Conditions. Where there is
conflict, but to the extent of that conflict only, these Sure
Broadband Promotion Specific Terms and Conditions supersede the
C&W Guernsey General Terms and Conditions and the Sure
Broadband and Sure Broadband Pro Service Specific Terms and
Conditions.
1. If You sign up for Sure
Broadband for a term of 24 months (the “Initial Term”) between
1
st April 2010 and 31
st July 2010 You will
receive a free Wireless router and the first three months rental
will be charged at £9.99 per month. The remaining 21 months of the
initial term of 24 months and any subsequent months will be charged
at £24.99 per month.
2. If You sign up to Sure
Broadband Pro Up to 8Mb service for the Initial Term between
1st April, 2010 and 31st July, 2010 You will
receive a free Wireless router and the first three months rental
will be charged at £24.99 per month. The remaining 21 months of the
Initial Term and any subsequent months will be charged at £49.99
per month.
3. The offer is available
to new and existing Sure Broadband and Sure Broadband Pro customers
who are not currently in contract for Sure Broadband.
4. To obtain the offer,
You must pay by direct debit.
5. On receipt of Your
application and direct debit form, confirmation and equipment will
be posted to You within 10 working days. Equipment cannot be
collected from our stores.
6. If You cancel the
contract within the Initial Term You will be liable to pay the
rental for the remainder of the Initial Term plus full payment of
the discount applied to the first 3 months.
7. You are advised that You
should ensure Your wireless router is secure. If You do not
take steps to prevent other users accessing Your wireless service
the security of any data or information you may hold or create may
be at risk and Your service may be adversely affected. Advice is
given in the setup guide provided with your Wireless router.
8. C&W cannot be held liable, to
the extent permitted by law, for any loss of any sort suffered by
You as a result of You or others using the Wireless router, with or
without Your permission.
