Thunderstorm Causes Broadband Faults
Following a thunderstorm yesterday morning, some customers
may have experienced problems with their telephone line, with
some broadband services still affected. Engineers are
currently working to try to resolve the problem as soon as
possible.
The problem only affects a small percentage of
broadband users. As yet no particular location or pattern of
damage has been established and engineers are working to
investigate specific routers or modems.
We apologise for any inconvenience these issues
are causing our customers as we try to resolve the remaining
faults.
