Sure 2010 Guernsey telephone directory goes back to its roots

The 104th edition of the Guernsey Telephone Directory will be available to the public in early March and will have a more traditional appeal.
This year, the front cover of the Sure 2010 Guernsey Telephone Directory has returned to a more conventional theme following a review of the archive of covers from before the rebrand to Sure.
“We decided to take the cover of this year’s directory back to its roots,” said Peter Levy, Head of Information Services, Sure.
“When we looked back through the archives, all of the favourite covers featured local sea and landscapes. The 2010 cover picture is therefore an artistic shot of the Fairy Ring at Pleinmont. The directory cover itself is iconic and so we thought it only fitting to feature a well known Bailiwick landmark.”
As part of our continuous review of the directory we want to know what the public think so this year we have included a survey to find out what elements are useful and further areas which we may develop in future directories. As a thank you for giving us this feedback all completed surveys will be entered into a free prize draw for an opportunity to win one of three fantastic prizes.
The Sure 2010 Guernsey Telephone Directory contains the latest and most up to date Bailiwick residential and business listings. The 300 page comprehensive classified yellow page section contains over 1050 display adverts promoting local businesses.
Free distribution to local business houses will commence as soon as the directories are received by Sure, undertaken by Channel Express. Deliveries to offshore Islands will take place in line with freight schedules. Sure will continue to deliver free to private homes on request via the website www.theguernseydirectory.com or by calling information services on 757367.
