Important information
- Customers will also need to ensure they have top up credit in
addition to the above rates if they want to call destinations not included in the bundled minutes
or use their mobile while roaming.
- The allocation of mins, texts and data will ‘roll over’ to the
next month if they have not been used.
- Customers who sign up to the offer will also be able to benefit
from some PAYG rewards and offers i.e. Double Credit Day.
- Your top up account will be debited each month by the amount
you have signed up for. If you do not have funds to cover the
amount in your account – it will go into deficit and will be
unusable until you top up the required amount.
How to cancel the Sure Indie plan
Customers can cancel and revert back to the standard Pay As You
Go service by coming into one of the retail stores or calling up
our customer contact centre.
