Remote Call Forwarding (RCF) is the capability in the switch to forward calls made to one telephone number to a different telephone number. The RCF option is provided without a physical end user location for the called telephone number (the RCF telephone number). It utilizes a telephone number and electronic central office switching facilities to allow an end user to receive incoming calls from the RCF telephone number. The calls are automatically forwarded to another predetermined telephone number.

As this service will effectively transfer a Guernsey directed inbound call to any location worldwide, you may be required to notify the Guernsey Financial Services Commission (GFSC) that you have registered for this service. The GFSC may be contacted via their website at www.gfsc.gg. This however only applies to Guernsey based companies that are regulated by the GFSC and a copy of your application will be forwarded to them.
