Power cut and Broadband services
We can confirm that despite the power cut experienced in Jersey
and Guernsey last night (Monday September 26th) that wiped all
power out for almost an hour all users were back online soon after
power was restored. If customers are still experiencing trouble
getting online they should switch off and unplug their router for
30 minutes and then try to reconnect. If there is still no service,
there may be a blown filter; in this case you may need a new filter
– these are available in store.
