Voicemail
Voicemail is available to all Sure
customers in the Bailiwick of Guernsey on both mobile and fixed
lines.
It allows callers to leave a message when the
person called is not able to answer. Sure Mobile customers who use
this service are informed when a caller has left a message
by a text message delivered to their handset.

*Please note that when you are roaming you will
be charged to access your voicemail and you may be subject to
additional charges when people leave you voicemail messages as
well. If you are a pay as you go customer with no credit,
this may also result in calls not being forwarded to voicemail at
all. In order to avoid these scenarios, the best thing to do
is set your mobile up to divert straight to your voicemail at all
times. To do this dial the following number: **21*171#.
To revert to normal forwarding upon your return dial the following
number: **004*171#.
