Sure's conferencing enables voice
conferences for up to 30 attendees and is available 24 x
365. It is secure, easy to use and allows you to make great
savings on time and travel spend. There are
three conferencing options available to you:
Pre-booked dial-in conference
This type of conference is best suited where you
have a large number of attendees and you require 100% guarantee of
availability.
How the service works
We agree a date & time and a PIN with you; we then
confirm your booking by e-mail. You forward the confirmation
to your attendees who all dial into our conference bridge
at the pre-arranged time.

Pre-booked managed conference
This service is similar to the service above,
the difference being that C&W call your attendees to connect
them to the conference, instead of them dialling into the
conferencing bridge themselves.
How the service works
We agree a date & time and a PIN with
you, which you inform your attendees. At the start time, we dial
all of your attendees.

On-demand dial-in conference
This method of conferencing avoids the
administration of pre-booked meetings and is most suited to
project-type meeting, where ad hoc requirements to
convene are most common.
How the service works
We issue each of your meeting
organisers with 'conference cards'. Each card represents
a permanently available virtual 'conference room'. The
organiser informs attendees of date & time, and PIN to access
the virtual conference room, each time a meeting is required.
