About IP feeds
IP Feeds are permanently connected, internet
connections that are dedicated exclusively to a particular
customer. They provide constant access from you site or data centre
to the Internet and can form a key component in the delivery of a
converged network or to support your e-business requirements.

internet connectivity with no variable charge
worries. You have advance knowledge and control over your
communication costs and can manage your business finances

- You might require 'burstable' bandwidth, for periods of high
activity. We can provide this up to the bearer capacity limits of
10mb and 100mb and charge for the capacity in excess of your
'capped' capacity, on a 'pay-as-you-go' basis.

connection and move up all to any capacity you require as
your business and web needs develop.

company. Your IP Feed will be connected to the rest of the world
through our Internet Backbone Service ensuring the highest
reliability and speed

- Using our Private Circuits, you can connect multiple sites to
create a Wide Area Network (WAN) then provide internet connectivity
to all locations from one dedicated IP Feed. This would

savings.

structure duplicated by diverse routing of our off-island
connections.
Coverage:
- We are able to supply and support IP Feeds throughout the
Bailiwick of Guernsey. We would recommend, and can provide
a Cisco 2801 (10/100) router separately
including X21 cables and WIC 1T interface card. Customers
supplying their own router should have it approved by a Cable
& Wireless Guernsey Engineer.
