Listening to messages

The Message Minder is remarkably easy to operate. Just dial one of the numbers below, listen to your messages, then hang up.

To access your mailbox within the Bailiwick
Dial 171. Your mailbox will then play any new messages.
To access your mailbox when you are Roaming or using a fixed line phone (common access)
Dial +44 (0) 1481 700000. You will be asked to enter your mailbox number and password.
1. Enter your six-digit mobile phone number, which is your mailbox number, followed by #. E.g. If your mobile number is 07781 111331, enter 111331 followed by #
2. Then, input your previously chosen password followed by #

IMPORTANT: You must press # promptly after entering the numbers!
