Full rack rental (42U)

A fixed annual tariff will be set for each rack. The rental will include:

• One standard 19" equipment cabinet (with option to provide own cabinet)
• Mains power connection and supply - two 240-volt supplies, up to 20 amps
• Access to the rented space while accompanied by Cable & Wireless Guernsey personnel. (Chargeable)
• One-year minimum contract
• Standby power and UPS (uninterruptible power supply)
• Power check of equipment
  (Only front-loading of the data rack is permitted.)

Full rack set-up charge

A fixed fee will be charged for setting up a standard full rack. This will include:

• Provision of internal data centre cabling
• Eight hours of supervised attendance for the installation of customer equipment (during normal working hours on Monday to Friday, excluding public/bank holidays)
• Account administration set up
• Issue of security IDs and pass cards

Additional time will be charged at advertised rates.
