Introduction
Voicemail is a FREE service available to
all Sure mobile customers and allows callers to leave a
message when you’re not able to answer. You will be informed when a
caller has left a message by a text message delivered to
your handset.
Our new voicemail system, launched in February
2011, also has a web interface which lets you change your settings
via the web and have your voice messages forwarded to you by email.

To set up your Voicemail you will need to set
up call-forwarding so that the system can take messages when you
can’t take calls.To do this:
- Dial **004*171# then press the call
button
When someone leaves a message you will be sent
an SMS to notify you. To pick up your message(s):
- Using your mobile on-island , dial
171
- When roaming or when using another phone, dial +44
(0)7624 200000.
