Set-up guide.
To set up the mailbox facility (available to
all Sure customers) you need to first setup your phone to divert
when there’s no reply, the line’s busy and when your phone is
switched off.
Once this is done simply follow these
steps:
- Dial 171
- The first time you access your voicemail you
will be asked to set a four digit Personal Identification Number
(PIN). You can enter any four numbers of your choice.
- Follow the instructions to record a
greeting
- Now, every time you miss a call it will divert
to your mailbox. You will receive an SMS notification on your
mobile each time someone leaves you a message.
- To listen to your messages, simply dial 171 and
follow the instructions.
When roaming, or to access your voicemail from
a phone other than your mobile, the access number 171 will not work
so you will need to dial +44 (0) 7624 200 000 and enter your
phone number PIN to listen to your messages.
