How to change your PIN.
For security, your PIN prevents other people from listening to
your messages from other landlines or mobiles. You will need
to input your voicemail PIN if you are accessing your voicemail
from any phone except for the mobile that the voicemail is set up
on.
If you have forgotten your PIN, you can change it simply by
dialling 171 from that mobile and change the PIN by pressing '2'
then '1'.

different mobile phone or landline and have forgotten your PIN

will be able to reset your voicemail PIN after security
verification.
