Callers go through to your voicemail if:
- you don't answer for a certain number of rings
- you're already on another call
- you have no signal
- your phone is switched off

to access your voicemail and you may be subject to additional
charges when people leave you voicemail messages as well. If
you are a pay as you go customer with no credit, this may also
result in calls not being forwarded to voicemail at all. In
order to avoid these scenarios, the best thing to do is set your
mobile up to divert straight to your voicemail at all times.
