Quick setup guide
To set up the mailbox facility (available to all Sure customers)
you need to first setup your phone to divert on no reply, busy and
when your phone is switched off.
Once this is done simply follow these
steps:
dial **004*171#
Now dial 171 and follow the instructions to change your security
password and record a greeting (your password is initially set as
“0000”)
Now, every time you miss a call it will divert to your mailbox.
You will receive an SMS notification on your mobile each time
someone leaves you a message.
To listen to your messages, simply dial 171 and listen.
When roaming the access number 171 will
not work on most networks so you will need todial
+44 7624 200000, enter your mailbox number (which is your
mobile number including the 7624 prefix) and then press #. You will
then be asked to enter your voicemail PIN. The PIN will have been
given to you when you first bought your phone. If you have never
changed your voicemail PIN, the default is 0000. If you
