Initial setup

The first stage is to organise your diverts for busy, no reply and unobtainable calls.

To set up all these diverts to your voicemail enter:**004*171# then Send/Yes. The first time you access your mailbox you may be asked to enter a password. This number will initially be set as 0000, after which you must complete the New-User Tutorial to choose your own number.
The voicemail system will automatically guide you through this tutorial, enabling you to establish a password, outgoing message and voice signature.
The password is a four-digit security code that you may need to enter to access your mailbox if you are roaming.
The outgoing message is what the caller will hear when diverted to your mailbox.
The voice signature is a quick recording of your name that confirms the identity of the mailbox owner.
The process is easy to complete, but should you wish to repeat the tutorial Press 8-8-8.
