Cable & Wireless have announced the appointment of Simon Last-Sutton as Commercial Director for their new operation in the Isle of Man. Simon has spent the last 8 years in telecommunications and comes direct from T-Mobile UK.

He has worked all over the world including SE Asia, Europe and America. He has been involved in technology companies for most of his career including the launch of the first UNIX computers in Europe with AT&T. While at News Corporation he was involved in Asia’s initial launches of digital satellite and terrestrial TV infrastructure. Simon has also worked for Hewlett Packard as Global Account Director for HSBC bank.

Simon is excited about setting up a new telecommunications company in the Isle of Man. He believes that the Manx people deserve real choice.
