Sure sponsors Ronan Keating and McFly

One week after announcing that under its new brand - Sure -
Cable & Wireless would partner with local businesses, consumers
and the community, the company has announced its first major
sponsorship.
Sure will be the brand behind the third night of the Peel Bay
Festival on Friday 1st June 2007. The date is set to be one of the
highlights in the Isle of Man’s music calendar featuring
performance from McFly and Ronan Keating.
Jonathan Irving, Managing Director of Street Heritage, the
organisers behind the Peel Bay Festival, said, “the Peel Bay
Festival and Sure share something in common - we are both launching
a new venture on the Isle of Man at the same time because we firmly
believe in the Island and its future. I’m very pleased that Sure is
sponsoring the Ronan Keating and McFly night as it will be great
fun and has something for everyone. This night is really selling
well with over 5,000 tickets already sold”.
To celebrate, the association between Sure and the Peel Bay
Festival, Cable & Wireless is giving away five pairs of VIP
tickets to the concert over the next five weeks. Winners will be
drawn from registrations on the company’s new website - www.surething.im.
