If so, then all you have to do to top up is send a short text.

Pop into one of our retail shops or any of our top up outlets
Swipe your top up card into the terminal when asked by the retailer
Wait for an SMS^*

Top up helpline

If you have registered your details you can top up by calling our helpline on 170 and asking one of our agents to top you up. You will need your mobile number* and your credit/debit card details to hand.

*If you do not know your mobile number just text the word 'number' to 101 and it will be text back to you.
