These terms and conditions apply to the act of purchasing a product or service from the Cable & Wireless Isle of Man online shop (the “C&W Online Shop”). We suggest You print a copy and retain it for Your records.  The C&W General Terms and Conditions and the relevant C&W Service Specific Terms and Conditions will apply to the actual product or service purchased by You.

These terms and conditions, together with the C&W General Terms and Conditions and the relevant C&W Service Specific Terms and Conditions, form  the agreement between You and Us (Cable & Wireless Isle of Man Limited) for purchases made from this website.  To purchase from the site You may need a debit or credit card.  For some services You will need to set up regular Direct Debit payments from Your bank.  You will also need an email address as We will use this as the main way to keep in contact with You.

The definitions set out in the C&W General Terms and Conditions also apply to these service specific terms and conditions.

2.1   We do not endorse, nor do We make any warranty as to the accuracy, suitability, completeness, reliability or continuous supply of any information or content supplied on this website.

2.2   You acknowledge that We have no control over any content supplied by third parties which can be accessed via this site.  Any dealings with products or services which are located via this website are solely between You and that third party.  We exclude all liability relating to the value and integrity of such third party products and services.

2.3   We will not be responsible for any loss of profits, loss of data or consequential losses arising from Your use of, or inability to use or access the service, or following a failure, suspension or withdrawal of all or part of the service at any time.

3.1   All goods and services displayed on this website are subject to availability.  Where certain goods or services are no longer available, or where certain prices have changed, we will endeavour to update the relevant information contained on this website as soon as practicable.  However, no price, or other information displayed on this website will bind Us until We have accepted Your order.  The price You will be charged for any goods or services will be the price in force when You placed the order.

3.2   Prices are inclusive of any applicable sales tax (including but not limited to VAT or GST) unless otherwise stated.  The amount of the relevant sales tax will be displayed at the end of the online shopping process.

4.1   The information displayed on this website represents an opportunity for You to assess the goods and services available online from C&W.  No offer for the sale of these goods or services is being made to You by Us via the content You have accessed through this website.

4.2   Any order You send to Us for the purchase of specific goods and / or services constitutes an offer for the goods and/or services selected.

4.3   We are not obliged to accept Your order.  If We do accept Your order, a contract will be created at the time We send You an email confirming Your order.  You will be deemed to have received Our acceptance of Your offer once We have correctly sent an email to Your electronic mail box.

4.4   We can only accept orders from persons aged 18 years or older and who are residents of [Guernsey / the Isle of Man / Jersey].

We will contact You within one working day [of?]to arrange a delivery time.  For security reasons We have to deliver to Your home/billing address.  If You would prefer to collect Your mobile from the Sure Store then just let Us know.  On delivery or collection You must show a valid photo ID in the form of a passport or driving licence. 

6.1   If You purchased goods under these terms and conditions You have the right to return the goods within 14 days of the date You took delivery of the goods and We will give You a full refund subject to clauses 6.2 and 6.3.

6.2   To do so You must return the goods to Us at the addresses given below, together with the original packaging and You must tell Us the original online order number allocated by Us at the time You placed the order as proof of purchase.  The goods must be returned in good condition and must not be damaged, worn or marked in any way.

6.3   The price paid for the goods will be credited to the card used for the original purchase after receipt of the returned goods and satisfactory inspection by Us.  Please allow 14 days for the refund to appear on Your bank statement

If You are cancelling Your order, please ensure that You print off and keep a copy of Our refunds and returns policy.

Any contract formed between You and Us using this website will be deemed to have been made in the Isle of Man and shall be governed and construed according to the laws of the Isle of Man.  Any disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the  Isle of Man.
