Cable & Wireless shortlisted for prestigious Customer Care
award
Cable & Wireless has been shortlisted for a
World Communication Award for Best Customer Care.
The World Communication Awards are widely
recognised as the leading global industry accolades which celebrate
outstanding achievement in the telecommunications field. The awards
attract entries from leading global carriers and vendors worldwide
and are always hotly contested.
The award for Best Customer Care requires
entrants to demonstrate they have a well designed and successfully
implemented customer care strategy that has produced tangible and
quantifiable results as well as fulfilling a long list of criteria
set out by the judges.
Other companies short listed for this award in
2007 include: BT Group plc, Orange Business Services and last
year’s winner, Vanco.
CH2M Hill, the company that managed the Cable
& Wireless network rollout in the Isle of Man, has also been
nominated for an award in the category for Best Project Management.
That category is open to any network operator, services company or
systems/software supplier that has been directly involved in
managing a project for a major customer in the past year.
The winners of the World Communication Awards
will be announced on 28th November 2007.
