SURE IMPROVES VOICEMAIL
PLATFORM
Sure mobile customers now have an even better
service when they can't answer calls.
The operator has recently invested over £13,000
to upgrade its voicemail platform which serves over 71,000
customers across the Channel Islands & Isle of Man.
Voicemail is already free for all Sure mobile
customers when they are not roaming. It is estimated that free
voicemail can save them £10 per month or even more when compared to
other networks which charge. The upgrades to the system have
streamlined the call retrieval process (meaning that messages can
be retrieved more quickly) and there are additional help
prompts.
