Cable & Wireless experienced an interruption to its data services today.IP services were affected for approximately an hour between 12:09 and 13:11.

This caused a disruption to mobile internet and BlackBerry data services.

The company's engineers worked quickly to identify and fix the fault. A full investigation into the cause is being conducted following which engineers will act to prevent a similar issue in future.
