Minimum monthly commitment
There is a £2.99 minimum spend commitment which will appear on
your bill against calls made every month. Should the total for
calls made during a calendar month fall below the minimum, then the
difference between the total and the minimum charge will be added
to the bill.
Inclusive minutes
SureDial Home includes 600 minutes per month to Sure IOM
mobiles. There is no rollover for unused minutes.
Minimum call charge
SureDial Home also offers a lower minimum call charge of 4p
where applicable.
Paper bill
Electronic billing is available as standard, however you may
request a paper bill at an additional cost of £1 per
month.
* Day rates between 8am and 6pm Monday to
Friday, Evening rates between 6pm and 8am Monday to Friday, and
Weekend rates all day Saturday and Sunday.
** UK Fixed inc Channel Islands refers to
destinations beginning 01 and 02, excluding 01624. UK Mobile inc
Channel Islands refers to destinations beginning 07, excluding
07624. Sure IOM Mobile refers to destinations beginning 076242.
Destinations beginning 08 and 09 are not supported.
