Sure Free Texts and Free Mobile Data Promotion Specific Terms and Conditions

The Sure free texts and free mobile data promotion for pay as you go customers (excluding All In One customers) will be available from 1 October 2008 to 31 March 2009 for customers of C&W Jersey and C&W Isle of Man.
These Sure Promotion Specific Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with the C&W General Terms and Conditions and Pay As You Go Service Specific terms and Conditions.  Where there is conflict these Sure Promotion Specific Terms and Conditions supersede the General Terms and Conditions and Pay As You Go Service Specific terms and Conditions.
1.      If You top up Your balance before midnight on one day by £15 or more You will receive free texts to other Sure mobiles and 100Mb of free mobile data at 9am the following day valid for the next 30 days.
2.      You will be sent a text confirming the free texts and free mobile data have been allocated to Your Service.
3.      Free texts are subject to a 6000 texts fair usage limit.
4.      Free texts only apply when You are on a Sure network i.e. in the Channel Islands or Isle of Man.  Normal charges will apply if Your send a text while roaming.
5.      Free texts only apply to texts sent to other Sure mobiles.
6.      Free mobile data applies while You are in the Channel islands or Isle of Man only.  Normal charges will apply if You use mobile data while roaming.
7.      If You top up by a further £15 during the 30 day period a new 30 day period will start and your free text limit will reset at 6000, and mobile data limit at 100Mb.
8.      Usage above the 6000 free texts or 100Mb of mobile data will be charged at standard rates.
9.      Content downloads from the Internet, such as ringtones or wallpaper will be charged at the rate displayed on the portal.
10.  The promotion ends on 31 March 2009, however if you are partway through a 30 day period of free texts and free mobile data on that date they will continue to be free (if You have not exceeded the limit) until the end of the 30 days.
