Installation of Service
Following sign-up, Sure will confirm provision of the
SureDial Business customer’s service via the SureDial Business
Sales Agent, and will be able to use the service by pre-dialing
‘13545’ before their call destination.
On sign-up you will receive a promotional code to
allow you to collect your first free “smartbox” which
simply plugs into the existing telephone line removing the need to
prefix each call with 13545.
If your business has a PABX we will arrange for an engineer to
re-program it for you.
