Billing & receipts
Bills
Customers are charged for calls only. There are
no installation or rental charges. For call charge information,
please contact a member of the sales team on 01534 888291.
You will receive a monthly bill with itemised
call details, this is normally dispatched by the 15th day of the
subsequent month.
Payment
Our standard payment method is Direct Debit.
Payment is collected on the date shown on the bill, usually the
last working day of the month.
