Sure mobile has launched the island’s first Pay monthly and Pay as you go hybrid price plan called the Sure Pre-paid service.

Sure’s Pre-paid service costs £149 which provides 50 minutes and 100 texts per month for 12 months.  Customers can also get a great discount off the handset of their choice.
