Sure Mobile bills delayed in post
Some Sure mobile customers have received their July bills late
because of a problem at Jersey Post.
Around 6% of Sure mobile’s Jersey customers have received their
bills for mobile usage in July 15 days late. The problem has been
traced to a delay by Jersey Post in sending out two boxes of
bills.
Sure’s Head of Billing, James McEwan commented:
“This is a rare, but regrettable situation and we hope that
customers aren’t too inconvenienced by receiving their bills late.
We are quite close to launching converged online billing which
should overcome this sort of issue in the future.”
