MOBILES SURE ARE EASY TO TOP-UP
Sure has introduced a free, automated mobile
top-up system for their Pay as you go customers.
The new service allows users to add credit to
their accounts anywhere and any time, simply by dialling 177 from
their mobile handset.
The free automated system asks for credit or
debit card information to be input using the buttons on the mobile
handset. Mark McConnell, Director of Customer Operations for Sure
in the Channel Islands & Isle of Man, said that the new system
will improve the experience for all Sure customers.
“This is more convenient and faster than other
methods of topping up. If you’re on the beach, at the park, or at
home you can add credit quickly without having to go
anywhere.”
Customers who are roaming when away from Sure’s
Channel Islands & Isle of Man network, can add credit by
dialling 01481700700. However calls will be charged.
Pay as you go users must register for the
service by either completing and returning the form that comes with
every new Sure SIM pack, dropping into the Sure store, or email
contact@surecw.com with
their mobile number, name and address including postcode and a
password.
Pay as you go customers can also top-up at
shops in the Channel Islands & Isle of Man as well as online at
http://www.surecw.com/.
