PRESTIGIOUS AWARD FOR C&W JERSEY

 

Cable & Wireless Jersey, which trades locally as Sure, has received a prestigious award at the 2008 Customer Excellence Awards in Jamaica.
 
The Jersey team was announced as the winner of the award for Consistent Best in Class Customer Experience Performance at a Gala dinner in Kingston last month. The award will be presented to employees in Jersey on 20th November.
 
CEO Eddie Saints & Retail Manager John HarveyThe award is based on customer surveys conducted in retail outlets and is a true reflection of the excellent experiences of Jersey customers. The team had a customer satisfaction target of 90 but achieved scores of 100 in April, May, August and September, more than any other of Cable & Wireless’ global business teams. The award celebrates the work of customer-facing staff in both the retail store and Sure’s 24/7 customer call centre. 
 
The Gala evening, which formed part of a Customer Experience workshop, celebrated successes and best practice across Cable & Wireless’ international offices and served to showcase individual excellence and service passion.
 
Eddie Saints, CEO Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and Bermuda, will be presenting the award to the victorious Jersey team and is extremely proud of their achievement.
