C&W ‘FREE BOOSTER’ PROMOTION
TERMSThe promotional terms and conditions for the
mobile "Unlimited boosters" are valid from the 1st of September
2009. The Unlimited boosters have the following conditions
respectively:

Monthly Booster Promotion
The C&W JERSEY (Sure) Pay Monthly Booster promotion (the
"Promotion") is available to a customers who sign a pay monthly
contract and existing pay monthly customers who re-sign to a new
pay monthly contract. . The Promotion is available on all 12,
18 and 24 month contracts. The Promotion will be available
until 31st December 2009. C&W JERSEY has the right to end the
Promotion at any time before that date.
These Sure Promotion Terms and Conditions should be read in
conjunction with the C&W JERSEY General
Terms and Conditions. Either the C&W JERSEY pay as you go
or pay monthly Service Specific Terms and Conditions (together
"Mobile Terms and Conditions") also apply depending on the service
You take from Us. Where there is conflict these Sure Promotion
Terms and Conditions supersede the General Terms and Conditions and
the Mobile Terms and Conditions.
1. Definitions and
Interpretation
The C&W General Terms and Conditions include definitions
which also apply with these Sure Promotion Terms and Conditions.
These definitions are in addition:
“Unlimited Calls” the unlimited calls booster gives unlimited
calls to Sure mobiles to the customer for a monthly fee.
“Unlimited Data” Normal roaming charges apply when not
connected to the Sure network. Mobile and roaming terms &
conditions apply..
“Unlimited Texts” the unlimited texts booster includes texts
to any mobile in Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the United
Kingdom.
“Booster” means all or any of these as the context requires
2. Terms of the Offer
2.1 If You sign a Pay Monthly mobile contract
during the Promotion period you will have a choice of a free
Unlimited Calls, Unlimited Data or Unlimited Text Booster.
2.2 The Booster will be applied to Your account
for the length of Your Pay Monthly Contract
2.3 If You wish to change Your choice of Booster
this can be done at any time during the Contract Period.
2.4 The free Booster is not transferable to any
other mobile contract you have with CW JERSEY (Sure)
2.5 There is no cash alternative to the free
Booster
