How do I get a paper bill?


As part of our Environmental Policy we're committed to reducing our paper usage. All new customers will automatically be on our online (paperless) billing system. You will automatically get a text message telling you your current bill and inviting you to logon to your online account for further details.

If you wish to get a regular bill by post please simply call our Customer services centre on 07624 247 247.
