What happens to my Pay As You Go credit when I join Sure Indie?
You will be charged for the Sure Indie plan on a monthly basis, on the 1st of every month. This charge is taken directly from your top up balance so you must ensure you have enough credit to cover that charge.
If you use up all of your allowance before the end of the month, need to call destinations outside of those permitted in your plan, or need to use your phone off-island (roaming), you must ensure you have topped up a sufficient amount to cover the cost of those calls which are charged at normal Pay As You Go or roaming rates. This is in addition to the credit required for your Sure Indie plan.
